How much do I pay for shipping?
We try to keep shipping costs as low as we can, if shipping to your country is still very high, maybe team up with a friend and order multiple items together and save big time. :)
Regular shipping as a package with track and trace:
Shipping to BELGIUM: 9 EUR
Shipping to NETHERLANDS 11 EUR
Shipping to GERMANY: 12 EUR
Shipping to UNITED KINGDOM : 17 EUR
Shipping to most of EUROPE: 15-35 EUR
Shipping to USA & WORLDWIDE: 35-60 EUR

What about uninsured shipping?
We offer UNINSURED envelope shipping for a maximum of four cassettes or one t-shirt or two caps. That means items can be shipped for cheap worldwide, but this is done as lettermail in a padded envelope, without track and trace, not insured. So do this on your OWN RISK. Don’t use this for shipping vinyl
Uninsured envelope shipping (vinyl does not fit this) is between 6 EUR and 15.00 EUR.

How do I return an item?
You send the item to the return adress shown on the shipping label. When we receive the item, we inspect it for its original state. When everything is in good order, we refund you the amount of the product itself. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. It’s expected that the buyer pays for returning the product.
How can I contact you or you customer service?
